Line Pipe with 3PE coating tender of Rumaila Oil Field

BP and PetroChina have been awarded a Technical Service Contract for Iraq’s Rumaila Oil Field. The basic intent of the contract is to increase the existing Rumaila field production. This will be achieved through well work, drilling, and facilities activities in order to increase the system capacities and implement a significant produced water reinjection program. In order to carry out repair, rehabilitation and upgrade of the Rumaila Oil Field water injection infrastructure which will include the purchasing of line pipe with 3PE coating.

Metleader Pipe Line Technology as a professional supplier of line pipe is participating in this tender. This tender requests all materials shall be totally suitable for the coating system specified and the pipeline usage advised by the owner.
The material specification of line pipe: API 5L Gr.B PSL1 BE 12 inch wall thickness 9.53mm.

The specification of 3PE coating:

Bidder shall ensure all details of the primer, adhesive layer and polyethylene to be applied are available for review and approval prior to commencing coating production.
