DIN CS pipe fittings exported to Netherlands

Recently our company exported a batch of carbon steel pipe fittings to Netherlands, which is the first order for us deliveried to Europe market.

It is really not easy can make this order to an agreement, European customers usually request high quality. At the beginning the customer sent us an enquiry that was the second enquiry of CS pipe fittings from them. The products refer to steel elbow, tee, reducer and pipe end cap with carbon steel material and DIN standard. The size is from DN15 to DN500. For elbow the production should follow the standard DIN2605, tee is according to DIN2615, reducer DIN2616 and cap DIN2617. I quoted all items at once when i received this enquiry, my prices are very moderate and getting customer’s approval. Then the customer requested the samples, they strictly checked the quality and accept it. We finally got this order. According to the customer’s request these DIN pipe fittings must be painted light oil after shot blasting.

In order to avoid any damages of fittings during the sea transportation we choose very strong plywood cases and pallets.

The third party inspection.

The customer applied the third party inspection from Netherlands to inspect the quality. The inspector chose 10% with random sampling for each size, they checked the appearance, size, and dimensions. Since we produced these DIN pipe fittings strictly according to the DIN standard so all inspected items were confirmed by the inspector and customer.
