Threaded pipe fittings refer to pipe fittings with threads added at one end or both ends of pipe fittings, also known as threaded pipe fittings，such as carbon steel threaded tee. The threaded pipe fittings we produce are generally used together with clamped pipe fittings. Used for water gas pipe, small diameter pipe, compressed air pipe and low pressure steam pipe. The process of Carbon steel thread tee
Thread tee in the production process is divided into two kinds of forging and casting, forging refers to the ingot or round rod heating forging molding, machining threads on the lathe, casting refers to the ingot melting into the tee model, after its cooling. Because of the different manufacturing process, the size of its pressure is also different, forging pressure is much higher than casting. The thread tee produced by our company is all forged tee.
Application of Carbon steel thread tee

3.ANSI B1.20.1 is American thread seal pipe thread, tooth Angle 60o (NPT), taper 1:16. Internal and external threads are tapered and are commonly used in high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines. AMSE B16.11 threaded pipe fittings are commonly used with NPT threads. NPT and iso7/1 (commonly known as BSP), although the tooth shape Angle is different, 1/2 and 3/4 pitch are the same and can be connected.
