The carbon steel pipe tee are pipe fittings and pipe joints. Also known as pipe tee or tee pipe fittings, carbon steel equal tee, divided into carbon steel equal pipe tee and carbon steel reducing pipe tee.

The manufacturing process for manufacturing carbon steel reducing seamless pipe tee is as follows:

Raw materials entering the factory inspection → cutting → pressing → heat treatment → groove → derusting → shaping → painting → marking → inspection into the warehouse.
1.Unloading: Firstly, the pipe tee to be produced shall be cut according to the standard. Cut the seamless tube into segments by scale. Diameter: diameter +30% Cutting with a sawing machine and flame. The length of the blank should meet the technical requirements. The cut pipe sections are ground by grinding. Ensure that the two ends face the perpendicularity deviation of the axis and the parallelism deviation of the two end faces.
2.Derusting: Put the cut pipe into the descaling equipment for tumbling and grinding to reach the purpose of rust removal.
3.Kneading: Put the rust-removing pipe into the mold, and fill the pipe from the piston on one side of the die, so that the pipe gathers under the pressure effect to the center, and there is a hole under the die. This hole is a release point for the tube to be kneaded and then reaches the intention of making a tee.
4.trimming: At this moment, the carbon steel tee can only be called "two-way", which means that the two ends are open, the center of the three-way, there is only a raised straight pipe section. The raised straight pipe section is cut off and the product groove is ground and machined. In this way, the pipe tee are basically formed. The grooved equipment uses a common lathe. The burrs generated at the groove should be ground clean. The groove angle is 37.5 ± 2.5 °. The surface of the tee should be derusted before painting, in order to remove the floating rust and increase the adhesion of the paint. If possible, use a shot blasting machine to blast the rust. Descaling effect to remove the floating rust, it is appropriate to see the metal color.
5.Heat treatment: When the formed tee is placed in a large annealing furnace, it is smoldered, and then it is naturally cooled and then taken out. The steel seamless tee shall be heat treated after extrusion to eliminate the stress generated during the cold extrusion process. Heat to 750 °C, constant temperature for a certain period of time (constant temperature time is 1h per 25mm wall thickness, and not less than 15min), and then cool down to 400 °C after the furnace is cooled naturally.

6.Descaling: Put the fired tee into the descaling equipment again, remove the scale and ash on the top, and the finished product is finished.
7.Marking: The finished carbon steel seamless tee should be marked with durability and the writing is clear. If the method of identification is required by the purchaser, it shall be implemented according to the requirements of the purchaser; if there is no provision by the purchaser, it shall be carried out according to the performance of the product according to the standard. The geometry and appearance should be checked by the quality inspector before entering the warehouse. The inner and outer surfaces of the tee shall not have obvious depressions formed by scratched grooves or collisions, and there are no defects such as cracks, crusting, folding, and delamination. The geometric shape inspection is carried out in accordance with the GB/T 12459-2005 standard. The inspection shall fill out the "pipe tee Inspection Record Form" (YGBG-06). After passing the three-way inspection, it can be put into storage. It should be placed neatly in the designated stock area according to the specifications and models, and it should be protected from fouling and collision.
