Export requirement of carbon steel pipe fittings

After putting the pipe in, the pipe is fixed with a hydraulic cylinder, and both sides are filled with liquid to bulge inward. The pipe is extruded into a "bulge" shape, and then the bulge is removed from the proper position and grooved.
All pipe fittings are treated by surface treatment, the oxide sheets on the inner and outer surfaces are sprayed out by shot peening, and then coated with anticorrosive paint. This is not only for export needs, but also in order to facilitate transport and prevent rust oxidation, we must do this work.
