3PE anti-corrosive steel pipe (tube) is used in different working conditions, to slow or prevent pipeline outer medium under the action of chemical, electrochemical or eroded by microbial metabolic activity and metamorphism in the outer wall coating layer 2 or layer 3 polyethylene (PE) pipe in order to achieve anti-corrosive, 3 PE anti-corrosive pipe to extend the service life of 3-5 times.

Type of corrosion protection for inner wall of steel pipe:
there are two kinds of corrosion protection for inner wall of steel pipe: one is hot melt epoxy resin powder corrosion protection (high temperature fusion), and the other is liquid epoxy coating, commonly used liquid epoxy IPN8710(cold spraying at room temperature).

3PE anti-corrosion generally consists of three layers:
First layer epoxy powder (FBE>100um)
The second layer of adhesive (AD) is 170~250um
The third layer of polyethylene (PE) is 2.5~3.7mm
In practice, three kinds of materials are mixed and integrated to form an excellent anti-corrosive layer by firmly combining them with steel tubes after processing. The coating of 3PE anti-corrosive steel pipe is epoxy powder anti-corrosive coating on the bottom layer and the steel pipe surface, and the intermediate layer is copolymer adhesive with branch structure functional group. The surface layer is a high density polyethylene anti-corrosive coating. 3PE anti-corrosive coating combines the characteristics of high permeability and high mechanical properties of epoxy resin and polyethylene. So far, it has been recognized as the best anti-corrosion coating with the best effect and performance in the world, which has been applied in many projects.
